Hospitality, with a business perspective.
The Bachelor in Hospitality Management at Schellhammer Business School combines the study of the worldwide hospitality industry with a strong foundation in business and management.
The programme explores food and beverage, service and kitchen operations, rooms division, hospitality and tourism. Alongside this industry knowledge, students study finance, marketing, people management and strategy to understand how hospitality businesses are built and managed.
Critical, analytical and creative thinking run through the curriculum. The aim is to develop the judgement, adaptability and ability to innovate that students can bring to a future career or business venture in hospitality.
