SBS accommodation options are based in Manilva and Estepona, with apartments shared with other SBS students. Academic-year stays are offered from October to May, subject to availability.
Both resorts are separate from the SBS teaching campus at San Roque Club. Consider your daily journey to class alongside the apartment and location when choosing where to live.
MANILVA
Las Terrazas Resort.
Las Terrazas by Pierre & Vacances offers apartment accommodation in Manilva, with terraces or balconies and landscaped outdoor areas. Its coastal setting places you within reach of Sotogrande, Torreguadiaro and La Duquesa.
Your apartment
SBS accommodation options include one-bedroom, one-bathroom and two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments shared with fellow SBS students. Confirm the available layout and sharing arrangement for your dates.
Furnished apartments include bed linen, kitchen appliances, a dishwasher, heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a living and dining area with a TV, and a terrace. Views vary by apartment.
Outside your door
The resort has outdoor swimming pools, gardens and communal spaces. Facilities and opening schedules can vary by season, so ask what is available during your academic-year stay.
ESTEPONA
Ona Valle Romano
Golf & Resort.
Ona Valle Romano offers apartment accommodation in a golf-resort setting in Estepona. Apartments have equipped kitchens, living and dining space, and terraces, with views depending on the apartment.

SBS accommodation options include one-bedroom, one-bathroom and two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments shared with other SBS students. Ask us which apartment types and sharing arrangements are available.
The published SBS accommodation package includes furniture, bed linen, kitchen appliances, a dishwasher, heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a TV. Confirm the inclusions for your specific booking.
Life at the resort
Outdoor swimming pools and landscaped spaces offer places to unwind, while the golf setting gives the resort its character. Check seasonal opening times and any charges for additional facilities.

daily journey.
The SBS campus is at San Roque Club. Ask us about the optional campus shuttle, including current routes, timetables, availability and costs for your chosen accommodation.
You can also discuss bicycle, electric-scooter and car rental options for daily, weekly or monthly use, as well as group shuttle arrangements for weekend trips.
For airport arrivals and travel around the region, plan your connection from Málaga or Gibraltar in advance. Local journeys may involve bus and car connections; the most suitable route depends on where you stay.
