The Bachelor in Real Estate Management at Schellhammer Business School explores the global property industry with a strong focus on management. Study how markets work, how property is valued and how real estate businesses operate.
The multidisciplinary programme connects contract law, market trends, financial markets, commercial property and consumer behaviour. Microeconomics and macroeconomics provide a foundation for understanding the factors that influence property valuations.
Alongside specialist knowledge, the programme emphasises personal development: effective self-presentation, negotiation, critical thinking and communication. These skills help students prepare for a changing real estate sector.

In the second and third years, students have opportunities to gain professional experience through internships with companies along the Costa del Sol, supported by SBS partnerships.
Business Skills Labs run throughout the programme. Together with subjects such as Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, Real Estate Portfolio Management, and Leasing and Tenant Relations, they connect business learning with the practical demands of the sector.
